Established in 2020 in Juba, Oscamike Leadership Institute (OLI) is a dynamic capacity-building institution committed to transforming individuals into purpose-driven professionals. Through practical, high-impact training, we address the critical skill gaps that hinder creativity, employability, and sustainable development across Africa.
At OLI, we believe that leadership is not just taught it's cultivated through real-life experience, critical thinking, and exposure to real-world challenges. That’s why our programs are designed with 75% hands-on learning, including interactive plenaries, group assignments, fieldwork, and individual projects. This approach bridges the gap between theory and action preparing our trainees to lead confidently in government, NGOs, business, and community development.
Our certificate courses cover a wide range of leadership and development disciplines from project management and entrepreneurship to public speaking, negotiation, peacebuilding, and gender in development.
